Person Dies in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 30

Fort Worth, Texas (June 10, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday in Fort Worth, police said.

The tragic accident happened on Interstate 30 Thursday, June 6.

According to the police, the pedestrian entered the roadway from a bridge over the East Loop 820 onto the westbound lanes of Interstate 30.

As the pedestrian landed, they were hit by a vehicle.

The pedestrian, who has not been identified pending notification of family, was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
