Man Hit by Car at General Hudnell Drive and Billy Mitchell Boulevard in San Antonio

Man Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident at General Hudnell Drive and Billy Mitchell Boulevard

San Antonio, Texas (April 25, 2020) – A man in his 30s was injured in a pedestrian accident just before midnight on Friday in San Antonio, a local news source reported.

The accident occurred at the intersection of General Hudnell Drive and Billy Mitchell Boulevard.

Police said a silver Honda Civic was traveling southbound on General Hudnell Drive when the man darted out into the street, outside of a crosswalk, and was struck by the car.

The driver of the Honda, which had been traveling around 45 mph, stopped after the accident and called 911.

The victim was taken to the hospital with minor head trauma.

Investigators said the driver, a man in his 30s, was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.

An investigation is underway.
