Person Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Westheimer Road near Galleria Mall

Houston, Texas (June 17, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday night in front of the Galleria Mall, according to a local news source.

The deadly accident occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m. Saturday, June 15 in the 4900 block of Westheimer Road, which is located right in front of the Galleria Mall.

According to police, the pedestrian was crossing the road when they were hit by an SUV.

The pedestrian, who has not been identified pending notification of family, died in the accident.
