Pedestrian Struck, Killed by DART Streetcar on Houston Street Bridge in Dallas

One Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Houston Street Bridge

Dallas, Texas (May 4, 2020) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a DART streetcar Sunday afternoon in Dallas, according to officials.

The deadly accident took place shortly after 3:30 p.m. May 3, on the Houston Street Bridge.

Officials said the pedestrian had the right of way when they were struck by a northbound Dallas Streetcar on the bridge.

The victim was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released.

The DART police are investigating the crash.
