1 Injured in Abilene Motorcycle Crash on North Mockingbird Lane

Abilene, TX. - A motorcyclist was injured after a possible road rage incident resulted in a car crash on Thursday morning in Abilene.

According to the Abilene Police Department, the accident occurred in the 1700 block of N Mockingbird Lane at around 10 a.m.

A motorcyclist was traveling in front of a pickup truck, and the two seemed to be involved in a road rage incident. The rider reportedly hit the brakes in front of the truck, resulting in a crash.

Paramedics rushed the motorcyclist to a local hospital for treatment.

More details on the collision were not released by the officials.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
