1 Killed in San Antonio Truck Accident on I-35 near West Southcross Boulevard
San Antonio, TX. - A driver died in a collision involving an 18-wheeler early Thursday morning in San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department the fatal accident occurred on I-35 near West Southcross Boulevard at around 6:11 a.m.
A 2018 GMC was heading southbound when it veered off the highway and slammed into the rear of a parked 18-wheeler.
Paramedics pronounced the driver of the GMC dead at the scene.
Additional information about the collision was not provided.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
