Calvin Douglas Dies in Victoria Motorcycle Accident on East Mockingbird Lane

Victoria, TX. – 21-year-old Calvin Douglas died while receiving treatment following a motorcycle accident that happened on Thursday evening in Victoria.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred in the 2400 block of East Mockingbird Lane at Sam Houston Drive at around 7 p.m.

Douglas was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Mockingbird Lane when he collided with a pickup truck that was exiting the private drive of an apartment complex.

Douglas was ejected from the bike and was transported to the hospital, where he later died.

The driver of the pickup truck was also taken to the hospital.

More information on the accident was not provided.

The Victoria Police Department is investigating the accident.
