44-Year-Old Erick Delcampo Killed in Mesquite Car Crash

Mesquite, TX – A man was killed early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle collision in Mesquite, according to the police.

The deadly accident was reported around 2:29 a.m. on June 6 in the 3300 block of U.S. Highway 80.

Mesquite Police said two vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes of the highway.

Both drivers were taken to Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where one of them, later identified as Erick Delcampo, 44, of Mesquite, also known as DJ Avengers, died.

No other details were provided.

The Mesquite Police Department Traffic Unit is investigating the accident.
