Jatwane Wilson Hit, Killed by Car on SH 205 in Kaufman County
Kaufman County, TX – A 25-year-old man was killed early Sunday morning after being struck by a vehicle near the Kaufman and Rockwall County line, according to the Kaufman County Sheriff's Department.
The deadly accident happened at about 1:23 a.m. on June 7 on State Highway 205.
Deputies said Jatwane Anton Wilson, 25, of Fate, was standing outside a disabled vehicle when he stepped into a traffic lane and was struck by a Mercedes SUV.
Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The SUV driver was uninjured in the accident.
No additional information was available.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
