Mauricio Montes De Oca Killed in Dalhart Crash on U.S. 385
Dalhart, TX. - 24-year-old Mauricio Montes De Oca was killed in a car accident on Wednesday night in Dalhart, Dallam County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 1:40 p.m. on U.S. 385.
A Chevrolet Silverado was exiting a private driveway and was turning south onto U.S. 385 when it was struck by a northbound Cement truck.
Mauricio Montes De Oca was driving the Chevrolet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the cement truck and a passenger of the Chevrolet were injured and were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
More details on the accident were not available.
