Student Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident at South Calaveras Street and Obregon Street
San Antonio, TX. - A student was injured after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in San Antonio.
The accident occurred off South Calaveras Street and Obregon Street near San Juan Brady Park at about 8 a.m. according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The girl was struck by a vehicle during a morning drop-off at Collins Garden Elementary.
The student was reportedly assisted and evaluated for injuries before being transported to a local hospital with a leg injury.
More information regarding the accident were not released by law enforcement.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
