Sik Kwan Killed in SW Houston Pedestrian Accident at S. Gessner Road and Candlegreen Lane

Houston, Texas (July 6, 2020) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a hit-and-run driver on June 10 in the Brays Oaks area, according to police.

The accident was reported around 5:10 a.m. in the 12200 block of S. Gessner Road at Candlegreen Lane.

Authorities said Sik Kwan was crossing the intersection when he was struck by an unknown vehicle. He was wearing a reflective vest at the time of the accident.

The vehicle fled the scene.

Kwan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Houston police are searching for the suspect. Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, charging, and/or arrest of the suspect in this case.
