Woman Injured in Two-Car Crash at Lincoln and Rio Grande in San Angelo

Woman Hospitalized after San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at Lincoln and Rio Grande

San Angelo, Texas (March 26, 2020) – A woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon at a San Angelo intersection, according to the police.

The crash occurred on Wednesday, March 25, at the intersection of Lincoln and Rio Grande.

San Angelo police said the woman was driving a small passenger car southbound on Lincoln approaching the intersection. A red truck entered the intersection and crashed into the passenger car.

The woman was taken to Shannon Medical Center with unknown injuries.

The truck driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

The crash remains under investigation.
