5 Injured in Head-On Crash near Commerce and General McMullen in San Antonio

San Antonio, Texas – Five people were injured early Saturday morning in a head-on collision in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m., April 27, near the intersection of W. Commerce and General McMullen.

Police said a white Camaro and a minivan collided head-on near the intersection.

Witnesses said the Camaro might have been speeding before the crash.

Three people in the Camaro were taken to the hospital in serious condition. Two people in the minivan were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
