Eva Chaverria was a passenger in the Nissan and was pronounced dead at the scene

Grand Prairie, TX. – 22-year-old Eva Marie Chaverria was killed in a car accident that happened early Sunday morning in Grand Prairie.
According to the police, the accident happened around 5 a.m. on Interstate 30 near MacArthur Boulevard.
The driver of a Dodge truck pulling a utility trailer reportedly pulled over to adjust the towing straps when a Nissan passenger car struck the utility trailer from behind.
Chaverria was a passenger in the Nissan and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan was injured and taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
The driver of the Dodge truck was not injured.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
