Woman Dies in Houston Pedestrian Accident on North Loop East

Houston, Texas (April 21, 2019) – A semi-trailer fatally struck a woman in Houston on Sunday morning.
According to the Houston police, the collision took place on North Loop East at McCarty.
The report showed that the big rig hit a woman who was not in the crosswalk as she attempted to cross the road.
The victim died at the scene.
HPD said the big rig driver remained at the scene an cooperated with the investigators.
The authorities did not immediately release the identities of the involved parties.
The crash is currently under investigation.
