4 Community High School Students Killed in Lavon Two-Vehicle Crash near State Highway 78 and Main Street

Lavon, Texas (November 6, 2019) – Four community high school students were killed and three other people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Lavon, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash occurred at about 5:45 p.m. November 5, near the intersection of State Highway 78 and Main Street.

Authorities said two vehicles collided for unknown reasons near the intersection.

Four students from a nearby Community High School in Nevada were killed in the crash. Their identities have not been disclosed.

Three other people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
