Jason Andre Jones Killed in Weatherford Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 20 Service Road 

Weatherford, Texas (February 20, 2020) – The man who was fatally hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning in Weatherford has been identified as Jason Andre Jones, 41, of Millsap, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The accident happened at about 6:10 a.m. February 19, on the Interstate 20 West service road between the Bankhead Road and Center Point Road exits.

Police said Jones was walking in the middle of the service road when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Jones was declared dead at the scene.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
