1 Injured in Corpus Christi Bicycle Accident at Oliver Court and Leopard Street
Corpus Christi, TX. - A 39-year-old woman was injured in a bicycle accident on Wednesday morning in Corpus Christi.
The bicycle accident happened at the intersection of Oliver Court and Leopard Street at around 7:46 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
A bicyclist was traveling eastbound on Leopard Street when a vehicle turning from Mueller Street onto Oliver Court failed to yield the right of way at the stop sign and hit her.
The woman was rushed to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not disclosed.
The Corpus Christi Police Department is investigating the accident.
