Denton, TX. - A woman was injured after being struck by a vehicle on Monday night in Denton.

According to the Denton Police Department, the accident occurred in the 3600 block of East McKinney Street at around 9:24 p.m.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.

The woman was found lying on the street and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
