1 Injured in El Paso Crash on I-10 East near Hawkins Boulevard
El Paso, TX. - One person was injured in a collision involving a semi-truck on Sunday morning in El Paso.
According to the El Paso Police Department, the accident occurred on I-10 near Hawkins Boulevard at around 11:09 a.m.
A Mini Cooper was traveling on Interstate 10 when the driver changed lanes several times before it moved toward the left side, where it collided with a semi-truck. The Mini Cooper ended up lodged underneath the truck trailer.
One person was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
More details on the collision were not immediately available.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
