1 Injured in Hutto Crash at US 79 and SH 130
Hutto, TX. - One person was injured in a car crash involving a train on Friday morning in Hutto.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred at US 79 and the SH 130 toll road exit ramp at around 8:47 a.m.
A Union Pacific train struck a semi-truck in unclear circumstances.
The driver of the semi-truck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Efforts to move the train were delayed due to mechanical issues caused by the crash.
