1 Injured in San Angelo Crash at South Koenigheim Street and Avenue B Street
San Angelo, TX. - One person was injured in a collision involving a vehicle that ran a red light on Friday morning in San Angelo.
According to the San Angelo Police Department, the accident occurred at the intersection of South Koenigheim Street and Avenue B Street.
A red Nissan Pathfinder was traveling eastbound on Avenue B when it ran a red light at the intersection and struck a white SUV traveling northbound on South Koenigheim Street.
The Nissan continued east, it rolled over and struck a fire hydrant before crashing into a parked GMC pickup truck.
The driver of the Nissan was rushed to Shannon Medical Center with unknown injuries.
Additional details about the crash were not released.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
