1 Injured in San Antonio Crash at Quintana Road and West Gerald Avenue

San Antonio, TX. - One person was injured after a high-speed pursuit of a stolen vehicle ended in a crash on Friday afternoon in San Antonio.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the crash occurred at the intersection of Quintana Road and West Gerald Avenue at around 6 p.m.

A Dodge Challenger reported stolen in the 16000 block of Griffin Road was spotted on I-35, and police attempted a traffic stop.

The driver refused to stop, resulting in a high-speed pursuit.

The suspect struck several vehicles during the pursuit before crashing at the intersection.

One person sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Four suspects fled the scene, but three were later apprehended. One suspect remains at large.

Additional details on the crash were not available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
