1 Injured in Wichita Falls Motorcycle Accident on Central Freeway
Wichita Falls, TX. - A motorcyclist was injured in a crash on Friday night in Wichita Falls.
According to the Wichita Falls Police Department, the accident occurred on the 800 block of Central Freeway at around 11:50 p.m.
The man was riding a 2005 Triumph motorcycle southbound on Central Freeway and was racing another motorcycle when he crashed into the rear of a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan.
The man was ejected from the motorcycle and was taken to the United Regional Emergency Room with serious injuries for treatment.
He was later airlifted to the DFW area for more information.
More details on the accident were not available.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
