1 Killed in Arlington Pedestrian Accident on I-20 near Bowen Road
Arlington, TX. - A 40-year-old woman died after being struck by a car early Thursday morning in Arlington.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on Interstate 20 near Bowen Road at around 4:45 a.m.
The woman was trying to cross the freeway near Bowen Road when she was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
Medical personnel pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
More details about the accident were not provided.
Arlington Police Department is investigating the accident.
