1 Killed in Big Spring Pedestrian Accident on FM 700
Big Spring, TX. - A woman died after being hit by a vehicle on Thursday morning in Big Spring.
The fatal accident occurred in the 1600 block of West FM 700 at around 6:40 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The woman was walking eastbound when she was struck by a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander traveling westbound in the outside lane of FM 700.
Emergency responders attempted to administer life-saving measures to the woman, but the woman died at the scene.
More details on the collision were not available.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
