1 Killed in Copperas Cove Motorcycle Accident at FM 3046 and US 190

Copperas Cove, TX. -  A teenage motorcyclist was killed in a collision on Sunday night in Copperas Cove.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred at the intersection of FM 3046 and US 190 bypass at around 8:32 p.m.

A motorcycle and a passenger vehicle were involved in the collision.

The 16-year-old rider was ejected from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the passenger vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

More details on the collision were not available.

The Copperas Cove Police Department is investigating the accident.
