1 Killed in Cottle County Car Accident on US 62
Cottle County, TX. - A woman was killed in a collision involving a semi-truck on Thursday in Cottle County.
According to the Cottle County Sheriff's Office, the fatal crash happened on US 62.
The woman was traveling northbound on US 62 when she entered a curve in the roadway and collided with an 18-wheeler.
The woman succumbed to her serious injuries at the scene.
Police say both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
No further information on the collision was available.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
