Fort Worth, TX. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car in Fort Worth on Wednesday.

According to the police, the accident occurred in the 7900 block of Ederville Road, near Aldra Drive.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances. The driver reportedly tried to avoid hitting the pedestrian but was unable to do so.

The injured pedestrian was transported to the hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.

More details on the crash were not released.
