1 Killed in Garza County Crash at US Highway 84 and FM 211
Garza County, TX. – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday morning in Garza County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and FM 211 at around 7:26 a.m.
A Dodge truck and a semi-truck were both heading northwest on U.S. 84 when the Dodge truck, traveling in the right lane, drifted into the left lane and struck the semi-trailer traveling in the left lane. The two vehicles then struck the center cable barrier.
The male driver of Dodge truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
