1 Killed in Grand Prairie Motorcycle Accident on I-30 near Belt Line Road
Grand Prairie, TX. - A motorcyclist died after colliding with a pickup truck on Saturday evening in Grand Prairie.
The fatal collision occurred on I-30 near the Belt Line Road exit at around 5 p.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
A motorcycle was traveling westbound on Interstate 30 at high speed, weaving in and out of traffic, when it crashed into the rear of a pickup truck.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle.
Paramedics rushed the motorcyclist to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
More details on the accident were not available.
The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating the accident.
