1 Killed in Houston Motorcycle Accident on West Montgomery Road

Houston, TX. - A 62-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday night in Houston.

According to the Houston Police Department, the fatal collision occurred in the 8500 block of West Montgomery Road at around 10:58 p.m.

A Toyota sedan driven by a 31-year-old was traveling westbound when it made a left turn and struck a motorcyclist who was traveling eastbound on West Montgomery.

The rider was ejected from his motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

Authorities suspect the driver was impaired at the time of the accident.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
