1 Killed in Katy Crash on Rose Hollow Lane near Highland Knolls
Katy, TX. - A woman died after a car crashed into a home in Katy on Friday in Katy.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the fatal crash happened on Rose Hollow Lane near Highland Knolls.
A Tesla Model 3 was traveling eastbound on Rose Hollow Lane when the driver failed to maintain a lane, left the roadway and failed to make a right turn at an intersection before crashing into a home at a high rate of speed.
A was standing in the front room of the residence when she was hit by the vehicle.
The woman was transported to a local hospital where she later died.
The 44-year-old driver was transported to hospital for treatment.
