1 Killed in Killeen Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 14
Killeen, TX. - A 25-year-old woman died after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday night in Killeen.
According to the Killeen Police Department, the accident occurred on Interstate 14 at around 10:43 p.m.
The woman was a passenger in an unidentified vehicle traveling westbound when she got out or was ejected from the vehicle.
The woman was then hit by an Audi sedan and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Audi sedan remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
The suspected vehicle in which the woman exited or was ejected has been identified.
More information on the collision was not available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
