1 Killed in Pecos Crash on Interstate 20 near Mile Marker 53

Pecos, TX. - One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Sunday morning in Pecos.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred on Interstate 20 near mile marker 53.

A semi-truck struck multiple passenger vehicles on I-20 before it burst into flames. The vehicles sustained major damage in the accident.

One person succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

More details on the crash were not released.
