1 Killed in Pilot Point Car Accident at FM 455 E and FM 1385
Denton County, TX. - A 64-year-old woman was killed in a crash involving two vehicles on Monday afternoon in Pilot Point.
The fatal collision happened at the intersection of FM 455 E and FM 1385 at around 12:12 pm., according to the Pilot Point Police Department.
A vehicle was traveling eastbound on FM 455 E when it collided with a second vehicle traveling northbound on FM 1385.
Police say the northbound vehicle failed to yield the right of way before entering the intersection, resulting in a collision.
A 64-year-female driver of one of the cars was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
More details about the crash were not available.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
