1 Killed in Travis County Crash on U.S. 290 near Fitzhugh Road
Travis County, TX. - One person was killed in a head-on collision on Wednesday evening in Travis County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened in the 10700 block of West U.S. 290 near Fitzhugh Road at around 6 p.m.
The circumstances surrounding the two-vehicle crash were not immediately determined.
Medical personnel pronounced one person dead at the scene.
One person was taken to David's South Austin Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries for medical care.
Further information about the crash was not disclosed.
