2 Killed in San Antonio Crash on Southwest Loop 410 and Medina Base Road

San Antonio, TX. - Two drivers died in a multi-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in San Antonio.

The accident happened in the area Southwest of Loop 410 and Medina Base Road at around 3:20 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

A vehicle was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of travel when it was involved in a collision involving two other vehicles.

Paramedics pronounced two drivers dead at the accident scene.

The third driver was evaluated at the scene and released.

More details concerning the collision were not provided.

The San Antonio Police Department is investigating the crash.
