3 Injured in Dallas Car Crash at Abrams Road and Royal Lane

Dallas, TX. - Three people, including two Dallas police officers, were injured in a suspected DUI crash on Tuesday in Dallas.

According to the Dallas Police Department, the accident occurred at the intersection of Abrams Road and Royal Lane.

33-year-old John Gutierrez was driving a car when he struck a Dallas police vehicle in unclear circumstances.

Gutierrez and two officers were injured and were transported to the hospital for treatment.

Gutierrez was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

More information on the crash was not provided.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
