3 Injured in Tyler Car Crash on West Gentry Parkway near MLK Boulevard
Tyler, TX. - Three people, including two Taco Bell workers, were injured after a car crashed into the restaurant on Sunday morning in Tyler.
According to the Tyler Police Department, the accident occurred on West Gentry Parkway near MLK Boulevard and Van Highway at around 10:30 a.m.
A woman was driving a car on Van Highway when she lost control due to a medical issue, crossed W Gentry Parkway and crashed into a Taco Bell drive-thru window.
One worker was burned by oil while the other worker was injured by debris.
The driver and the two workers were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
