Aamiyah Jackson Killed in Big Spring Pedestrian Accident on FM 700
Big Spring, TX. – 22-year-old Aamiyah Jackson died after being hit by a vehicle on Thursday morning in Big Spring.
The fatal accident occurred in the 1600 block of West FM 700 at around 6:40 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Jackson was walking eastbound when she was struck by a westbound 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by 63-year-old Eugene Snellgrove.
Emergency responders attempted to administer life-saving measures to the woman, but she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
More information on the collision was not available.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
