Bradley Stoddard Killed in Brookeland Motorcycle Accident on Highway 96 near Black Sheep Saloon

Brookeland, TX. - 37-year-old Bradley Stoddard has been identified as the motorcyclist who died in crash on Saturday night in Brookeland.

According to the Jasper County Sheriff's Office, the crash occurred on Highway 96 near Black Sheep Saloon

41-year-old Jesse Arceneaux was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck and was exiting a parking lot when he failed to yield and struck a northbound motorcycle.

Bradley was riding the motorcycle and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Bradley's wife, 37-year-old Margaret Stoddard, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, where she remains in the ICU.

Jesse was arrested on charges of intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault.

No additional information on the accident was available.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
