Bruce Runnels Killed in Midland Pedestrian Accident on East Front Street
Midland, TX. - A 61-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in Midland.
According to the Midland Police Department, the fatal pedestrian accident occurred in the 400 block of East Front Street at about 7 a.m.
Bruce Runnels was walking northbound across Front Street and was struck by a 2018 Honda Civic traveling westbound.
Runnels succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
More details on the collision were not immediately released.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
