Bryan Torrez Killed in Odessa Crash on South Highway 385 and Baiza Drive
Odessa, TX. - A driver was killed in a rear-end crash on Wednesday evening in Odessa.
According to the Odessa Police Department, the accident occurred in the area of South Highway 385 and Baiza Drive near Loop 338 at around 6:31 p.m.
Bryan Torrez was driving a red Dodge Ram 1500 northbound on Highway 385 when he failed to control his speed and struck the rear of an 18-wheeler that was traveling north on Highway 385.
Torrez was rushed to MCH where he later succumbed to his injuries.
More details on the accident were not released.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
