Carmen Ramirez-Rodriguez Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident at Thousand Oaks Drive and Uhr Lane

San Antonio, TX. - A 73-year-old woman who died after being struck by a vehicle on Tuesday morning in San Antonio has been identified.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the accident occurred near Thousand Oaks Drive and Uhr Lane at around 11 a.m.

A vehicle was turning left onto Thousand Oaks from Uhr Lane when it struck Carmen Ramirez-Rodriguez who was walking in the crosswalk on Thousand Oaks.

The woman was transported to the hospital, where she was later died.

More details on the collision were not released.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
