Crystal De Luna Killed in Cross Roads Crash at Highway 380 and Highway 377

Denton County, TX. - 19-year-old Crystal De Luna was killed in a collision involving a suspected drunk driver on July 26 in Cross Roads.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 380 and Highway 377.

Jonathan Samuel Moses, 33, was driving a pickup truck when he crashed into several other vehicles. The man drove across the eastbound and westbound lanes before he left the roadway.

Crystal De Luna, a passenger in one of the vehicles, was taken to Denton Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Jonathan, who has four previous DUI convictions, was charged with intoxication manslaughter after he reportedly failed a field sobriety test.

No additional details on the collision were not released.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
