Two Dead in San Antonio Wrong-Way Crash on Loop 410
San Antonio, TX – One of the two people who were killed on Sunday in a wrong-way collision in San Antonio has been identified as 76-year-old Donald Ralph Corey, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.
The deadly collision happened at about 5:30 a.m. on June 14 in the eastbound lanes of Loop 410 near Palo Alto Road.
Authorities said a vehicle was traveling the wrong way when it collided with another vehicle.
Both vehicles caught on fire after the collision.
Corey and at least one other person were pronounced dead at the scene.
No further details were provided.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
