Glaysia Sivil Killed in Midland Pedestrian Accident on Caldera Boulevard
Midland, TX. - Glaysia Sivil, 27, has been identified as the pedestrian who died after being struck by a vehicle on Monday morning in Midland.
The fatal pedestrian accident occurred in the 3100 block of Caldera at around 6:47 a.m., according to the Midland Police Department.
The woman was standing near the sidewalk along Caldera when an eastbound Toyota, driven by a 31-year-old man, left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck her.
Sivil was taken to the Midland Memorial ER, where she was pronounced dead.
More information about the accident were not released.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the collision.
