Jack Vogt Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on E Rosedale Street and Miller Avenue
Fort Worth, TX. - 50-year-old Jack Vogt has been identified as the man who died after being struck by a suspected drunk driver on Thursday evening in Fort Worth.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened in the 4000 block of E Rosedale St and Miller Avenue at around 11 p.m.
The man was crossing E Rosedale Street and was struck by a vehicle.
The medical personnel pronounced Vogt dead at the scene.
The driver, 35-year-old Jory Durst, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.

The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating the accident.
